Booking a road trip
All prices shown are from prices any additional extras will be shown on your booking quote or invoice. Partner tour prices are shown as the starting price and these may vary depending on the date or packages you choose. You can request a quote for exact pricing on your requirements.
Deposits vary and are detailed on each listing but if you need any help please give us a shout! Full payment is required by 13 weeks before your date of travel and if this is missed you may lose your booking.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. Payments are made to Travelosophers, who Road Trip Club book holidays on behalf of. You can find out more about this in our terms and conditions.
To book your road trip simply complete the enquiry form at the bottom of any listing page and we’ll give you a call back to confirm. You can also call us direct to do this over the phone.
You’ll then be sent a quote including all of the details to check before paying your deposit or full sum.
Anyone over the age of 18 can book one of our road trips!
Yes! We do bespoke packages for road trippers all of the time. Please contact us on hello@roadtripclub.co.uk or call us and we’ll create a quote for your individual needs.
Cancellation
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel. You may be able to cancel depending on how soon your booking is.
If you are no longer able to join the road trip then get in touch as we may be able to move your booking to a different date or drive.
If we are unable to fulfil your road trip your deposit will be refundable, but if you change your mind or can no longer make the dates this won’t be the case. Please check our terms and conditions for more information.
Booking
We don’t have any requirements for the type of car (or motorcycle) you want to bring on one of our drives, as long as it can fit all of your luggage and meets rules for wherever we’re driving.
Bookings are for a minimum of two people. If you are looking to do a solo drive then get in touch and we will create a custom event for you.
Typically we don’t book for more than 10 people on a group package but this is because of room availability. If you are looking for more than 10 then please get in touch.
Details of what is included is listed in each of the package pages. Typically each event includes hotels for each night, breakfast and dinner but please check the listing or your itinerary for full details.
